Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with Sriracha Cream

  • 4 slices of bacon cut or chopped into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 cups small Brussels sprouts
  • Salt & pepper
  • 3 TBS mayonnaise
  • 1 TBS sriracha
  1. Saute the bacon until crisp, remove from pan then saute sprouts until browned and cooked through adding a little bit of olive or grapeseed oil along the way if necessary.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. While the sprouts are cooking, mix mayo and sriracha together season with salt & pepper. Taste and adjust to your preference of spiciness.
  4. When ready to serve, spoon sauce into a plate, smear it around a bit and place sprouts over-top. Sprinkle the bacon on and drizzle with some additional sriracha if you enjoy the heat.
Cook time will vary on size of sprouts used. I like to half them at any size to get a nice char on the inside of the slice.
