Grape Salsa & Cinnamon Sugar Chips

  • 2 cups of chopped grapes
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 TBS softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or more if you enjoy it)
  • 3 TBS Sugar
  1. Chop your grapes and set them aside, chill if you like.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Put a bit of butter on your fingertips and smear, just a bit over top each tortilla (you may not even use all of the butter),
  4. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small ramekin.
  5. Sprinkle tortillas with as much or as little cinnamon & sugar as you like.
  6. Cut into triangle chips (like a pie) or strips.
  7. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet (sugar side up) for 8-10 minutes or until crisp.
  8. Check them and remove smaller ones early so they don't burn.
  9. Allow chips to cool completely.
