Easy Recipe Pasta Chicken Alfredo

  • ¾ of a pound box of Rigatoni (or your favorite pasta), cooked to package directions
  • Olive oil
  • 6 oz fresh spinach (or however much you like)
  • Black pepper
  • 1 jar Bertolli┬« Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  1. Drain pasta, toss with a drizzle of olive oil and place into a work bowl.
  2. Add in 1 jar of Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce and toss well.
  3. Add spinach (I like to snip it into strips), and chicken and season with black pepper (if you like spicy add red pepper flakes) and toss.
  4. Scrape half of the pasta into your baking dish, top with ½ the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the rest of the pasta on top and top that with your remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve.
