    Father's Day BBQ Recipes

This weekend as we celebrate all of the fathers in our life, many for sure will be firing up our grills and dining al fresco!  To help inspire you this weekend as well as the rest of the summer, here are some of my favorite BBQ Dishes! Happy Fathers Day!!

Every BBQ needs a good cocktail or two...here are 3 of my favorites!

Blackberry Mojitos - The Ultimate Berry Sangria - Make Ahead Frozen Chambord Margarita's

Sometimes the BEST foods at a BBQ or party are the appetizers!  I could live on appetizers and salads for the rest of my days and be a happy, happy girl!

10 Minute Tapenade, Spicy Watermelon Salsa, Tomato & Bean Bruschetta, Spicy Grilled Shrimp & Spicy Honey-Lime Grape Salsa. The great thing about these apps?  No mayo or dairy involved to worry about spoilage in the heat!

Summer sides range from the traditional to the creative and all of them are usually crowd pleasers!  Here are 4 Non-dairy with are all delicious and will hold up well throughout your BBQ.

Roasted Sweet Potato Salad, Spicy Grilled Cole Slaw, Grilled Mushrooms & Orzo & Asparagus Salad

Entrees can be simple or spectacular...however sometimes nothing beats the incredible deliciousness of a well made of a simple burger!

Salmon Sliders, Ribs with a Fresh Cherry BBQ Sauce & Grilled Flank Steak Stuffed with Kale & Bacon

Last but not Least...Desserts! We can't forget a fun dessert for the kiddos - since well...ya know "we" have our cocktails!

Yum Balls, Oreo Parfaits & Ice Cream Sam-wich Cake

    Happy Grilling!

I could also live off appetizers and dips. I would forgo dessert forever if I could just have appetizers and dips every day 🙂
