Easy Recipe Pasta Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients

  • ¾ of a pound box of Rigatoni or your favorite pasta, cooked to package directions
  • Olive oil
  • 6 oz fresh spinach or however much you like
  • Black pepper
  • 1 jar Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Drain pasta, toss with a drizzle of olive oil and place into a work bowl.
  • Add in 1 jar of Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce and toss well.
  • Add spinach (I like to snip it into strips), and chicken and season with black pepper (if you like spicy add red pepper flakes) and toss.
  • Scrape half of the pasta into your baking dish, top with ½ the cheese mixture.
  • Place the rest of the pasta on top and top that with your remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Serve.
