How to Make Fresh Peach Sorbet
of chopped ripe peaches
optional 1 TBS pickled ginger
fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate until very cold (2+ hours).
Pour into ice cream machine and churn according to manufacturers instructions.
Feel free to omit the ginger if you only want a fresh peach taste. If you enjoy a little kick of ginger, add pickled ginger or grate 1 tsp fresh ginger.
