Raspberry Lime Avocado Ice Cream
fresh lime juice
a little zest of you like as well
Splash of vanilla extract
of fresh raspberries
Combine avocados, lime juice, sugar, cream and vanilla in your food processor and blend until smooth.
Add in 6 raspberries and pulse once or twice.
Scrape into the frozen bowl of your ice cream maker add in 12 or so additional whole raspberries, and churn according to your makers instructions. (usually 30 minutes).
Scoop onto cones or into a bowl.
Of you want harder ice cream, scrape out of the ice cream maker bowl and into a container and freeze for 30 minutes.
Feel free to use less sugar if you like. Taste the mixture after you blend it in the food processor and decide if 3/4 works for your sweetness expectation.
