Saute the bacon until crisp, remove from pan then saute sprouts until browned and cooked through adding a little bit of olive or grapeseed oil along the way if necessary.
Season with salt and pepper.
While the sprouts are cooking, mix mayo and sriracha together season with salt & pepper. Taste and adjust to your preference of spiciness.
When ready to serve, spoon sauce into a plate, smear it around a bit and place sprouts over-top. Sprinkle the bacon on and drizzle with some additional sriracha if you enjoy the heat.
Notes
Cook time will vary on size of sprouts used. I like to half them at any size to get a nice char on the inside of the slice.
