Grilled Flat Iron Steak recipe. Flat Iron Steak is a tender shoulder cut of beef and is fabulous grilled or pan fried.

- 1 flat iron steak
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 TBS sherry
- 5 big cloves of garlic smashed
- salt and pepper
- scallions for garnish (optional)
Combine all ingredients and let meat marinate for 2 hours to overnight in the fridge.
Remove steak from marinade, blot it dry.
Clean & oil your grill, Preheat it to high. Cook your steak 4-5 minutes a side or until done to your liking.
Optional - Heat the leftover marinade in a small pot until it comes to a boil and serve alongside the steak. Garnish with snipped chives, scallions or herbs and serve.
You can find flank steak in 2-3 pound pieces (the top shoulder) or in portioned sizes. Nutritional information is based off of a 2 pound piece of 6 people.
