Shrimp Scampi Flatbread

  • 1 box Gorton's Shrimp Scampi
  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • Handful of arugula
  • 1/3 cup chopped grape tomatoes
  • Fresh oregano optional
  • 2 TBS scallions
  • A few shakes of black pepper optional


  • Bake Shrimp Scampi according to package instructions.
  • Remove shrimp when done.
  • Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and sprinkle liberally with cheeses and bake for 4-5 minutes at 350 or until cheese melts.
  • Remove from oven, top with shrimp, arugula, tomatoes, scallions and more cheese if you like.
  • Season with pepper or whichever spices you enjoy and serve.
