Ingredients

box Gorton's Shrimp Scampi
2
flatbreads
1
cup
shredded Mozzarella cheese
⅓
cup
Parmesan cheese
shredded
Handful of arugula
⅓
cup
chopped grape tomatoes
Fresh oregano
optional

TBS
scallions
A few shakes of black pepper
optional
Instructions
Bake Shrimp Scampi according to package instructions.
Remove shrimp when done.
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and sprinkle liberally with cheeses and bake for 4-5 minutes at 350 or until cheese melts.
Remove from oven, top with shrimp, arugula, tomatoes, scallions and more cheese if you like.
Season with pepper or whichever spices you enjoy and serve.
Notes
Swap homemade shrimp scampi for store-bought.
