Equipment

  • cocktail shaker

Ingredients

  • 6 oz apple cider
  • 6 oz vodka or less if you want it weaker
  • ½ TBS of fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz Triple Sec (or similar) You can also leave this out if you don't have it
  • 1 TBS cinnamon simple syrup (optional) more or less

Instructions

  • If garnishing your glasses with caramel and sugar, do so before making the martini's. Simply spread/pour some caramel on a small plate, rotate rim of glass in the caramel gently and then dip the glass in sugar in the raw or coarse sugar that you have sprinkled onto another small plate.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake, shake, shake!
  • Strain into martini or coupe glasses and as always taste and adjust.

Notes

Depending on the size of glasses you are serving this Apple Cider Martini in, adjust the measurements. I personally like equal parts cider and vodka, however you do you :)
As mentioned above, you can garnish glasses ahead of time, so they are ready when you are.
