Print Recipe
- 2 TBS kosher salt or sea salt
- 1 ½ TBS black pepper
- 1 TBS smoked paprika
- 1 TBS onion powder
- 1 TBS garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk them together.
Store in a mason jar, spice jar or airtight container.
You can also place the ingredients in your food processor and give it a few pulses. This makes the thyme and Rosemary finer, which I enjoy.
This will keep for 5 months in an airtight glass mason jar or spice jar. Makes ½ cup of seasoning.
Nutritional info is calculated off of 1 oz of seasoning.
Make 1oz or 12oz of this seasoning, its a great big batch idea that you can make ahead of time, place in cute jars and give as holiday gifts or as a host/hostess gift.
Play around with the measurements of each spice and make this your own.
