Ingredients

  • 1 pound Homemade fries or frozen fries more or less
  • 2 cups Pulled Pork more or less
  • cup Scallions sliced thin
  • ¼ cup diced red onions
  • cheese pepper jack, Monterrey jack, cheddar, Mozzarella or a mix of two.
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce for a drizzle
  • Optional additional toppings like sour cream, ranch, chives, pickled onions, sliced jalapenos, etc.

Instructions

  • Make homemade French Fries or cook frozen fries per package instructions.
  • Reheat your pulled pork and prep your topping ingredients.
  • When fries are cooked to your liking, top with your fresh shredded cheese and warmed pulled pork. Place additional cheese atop the pulled pork if you like.
  • Lower your ovens temperature from cooking your fries (or preheat to 375) and bake tray for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  • Pull from the oven, garnish with additional BBQ sauce, scallions, sour cream, onions or whatever you feel you will enjoy and serve.

Notes

Use frozen fries, homemade fries, Tater Tots or even sliced and pan fried potatoes.
