One dinner my whole family can agree on is pasta. It's quick and easy which during busy school nights is just what I need. This Easy Recipe Pasta Chicken Alfredo is a hit with my whole family. Pasta, chicken, spinach if you like and creamy alfredo sauce.
Sometimes I spice this up a bit with red pepper flakes or Cayenne, sometimes I blacken the chicken. Grabbing a rotisserie chicken (or shredding leftover chicken) makes this dinner so easy! As you can see by the photo, I used Bertolli ® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce, which is new to the market. Made with USDA organic ingredients, like fresh cream, milk, real butter, aged Parmesan and Romano cheeses, Bertolli ® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce is perfect for you pasta and casserole and even pizza dishes.
All I had to do was pour it over my pasta just before I placed it in the oven! Nice and easy! I also love that sauce is organic and Non-GMO, it's one of the first organic Non-GMO Alfredo sauces to market from a national brand (love it when large brands listen to what consumers want). Also just out is Bertolli® Organic Fire Roasted Garlic Marinara Sauce, which in my opinion, explodes with flavors. The finest ingredients went into making it as well, like plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and Romano Cheese. You can even combine the two new sauces and make a Rosa sauce, love that!

The Tuscan Way of cooking is all about using a few quality ingredients, lightly cooked with olive oil to lock in layers of flavor it's is the guiding philosophy of how the Bertolli brand creates all of its sauces For this Easy Recipe Pasta Chicken Alfredo, I kept it simple. I chose Rigatoni because it's a great choice for a clingy sauce and its one of my favorite kinds of pasta. I added some fresh snipped spinach, and shredded chicken from a chicken I had made the night before. I also scallions and black pepper. After it was all tossed, I added a middle layer and a top layer of Mozzarella and a Parmesan. I then popped it in the oven and 20 minutes later, dinner!
My youngest doesn't like spicy yet, so my husband, son and I added red pepper flakes to our servings. My 16-year-old son tore this Easy Recipe Pasta Chicken Alfredo up! I told him, he is in charge of making it next time. Why not?? It comes together so easy! I told him that he is now responsible for cooking 1 meal a week for our family. I have to make sure my boy is solid in the kitchen before he goes off to college (OMGosh, did I just say that?? In my mind, he's still 5).
Enjoy!
