When it comes to a cocktail made with limoncello, the one that tops my list is a simple Limoncello Spritz. It's a simple and refreshing summer cocktail recipe.
I do love a good cocktail and the easier to make it the better, especially when you are making a few for friends.
I have a friend who is 100% Italian. Here parents came to the U.S. from Sicily when they were younger. And she makes delicious homemade Limoncello.
I have made it as well over the years however why should I make it now when I can get a bottle or two from her?? I can easily swap her for some the boozy concoctions I make. Her family fell in love with my Chocolate Moonshine especially.
